At the European Stunt School, we are proud to announce a superb row of professional and talented stunt instructors. All of them work as stuntmen and women in movies, theatres and as teachers at various schools in Denmark and abroad.

From the Danish STUNT360 - Stunt & Special FX Team:

Jacob Sebastian Carlsen

Started training stunt and stage fight at the Danish Stunt School (by Martin Spang Olsen) in 1993, and have worked with stunt in television, movies, commercials, theatre and events (national/international). Has many years of experience in teaching stunt and stagefight to children and adults. Even mentally- and psysically challenged peopled. Has experience in acrobatics, kyokushinkai karate, special effects. Drama & acting for 7 years. Worked as drama and stunt teacher at AOF (major course-centre in DK) for several seasons. Certified N.A.S.E - Advanced Openwater Diver. Founder of STUNT360 and the European Stunt School. Started the special effects company FILMTRIX ApS in 2008, together with Christian Schandorph - with all new equipment, imported directly from Hollywood. Among others, Matt Sweeney Special Effects, who is behind movies like Fast and The Furious. Check out www.filmtrix.dk

Will be teaching stunt, stagefight, camera-techniques, high falls and pyrotechnics.

Anders Frederiksen

Started training stunt together with Jacob, and have experience in much of the movie-making process. Has huge experience with free climbing and rappelling, and has several climbing- and rappelling courses behind him. Has great experience as safety regarding stunts. See more on Stunt360.com

Assisting in stagefight, stunt and general management of the European Stunt School.

 

Anne Rasmussen

Started training stunt and stagefight in 1996 at Teaterakademiet (Jesper Olsen), and have worked with stunt in television, movies, commercials, theatre and events. Martial Arts/judo 5 years, Capoeira 5 years - Ballet 5 years (incl. 1 year of toe work) and dancing 10 years (jazz, modern ballet, contact impro., hiphop). Horse work for 5 years. She is one of very few stuntwomen in Denmark, and has done a lot of different stunts - as a performer and as stunt double for Helena Christensen (actor and model). Will be teaching stagefight (women perspective), advanced Martial Arts (Capoeira) and assisting in swordfight.

 

Christel Jørgensen

Started training stunt and stagefight in 2001, and have worked with stunt in television, commercials, theatre and events. Experience in kickboxing, aerobic, gymnastics. Drama and dance (Ballroom, Jazz- and funkdance). Has trained with the Norwegian Defence Headquarters (weaponstraining). See more on Stuntglad.com

Will be assisting in high falls, pyrotechnics and special FX make-up.

 

Adam Brix

Started training stunt and stagefight in 2000 at SDS (Martin Spang Olsen), and have worked with stunt in television, theatre and events. Certified at NSFS in rapier, dagger, broadsword, unarmed, quaterstaff, smallsword, sword and shield. Skilled in Kung-fu/tai chi, ju-jitsu, capoiera, savate, kali, zen-movement, guitar/singing/songwriting, member of Danish Actors' Association (DFS) and Nordic Stagefight Society (NSFS). Will be teaching advanced martial arts and stagefight.

 

Christian Schandorph

Experienced in pyrotechnics and atmospherically effects. He can create a big spectra of different pyrotechnical effects, such as fireballs, mortar hits and bullet hits. He can create smoke and light effects - and controlled fire. Check out www.filmtrix.dk

Will be teaching pyrotechnics and special FX.

European Stunt School is proud to present this years GUEST TEACHERS:

Stig Günther

Stig Günther is one of the best stuntmen in Scandinavia, and has performed in numerous film and TV productions in Europe. Among being a great inspiration to our team, he is also a beloved friend to us all. He is the Guinness World Record holder in “Free Fall”. Stig jumped from 104,5 meters (that’s over 300 feet) into a giant airbag. See more on Stunt.dk

Klaus Hjuler

Stuntman and stage combat choreographer based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Worked on more than a 100 productions of films, TV, theatre, commercials, music videos and computer games since 1988. Main focus is now on the specialised art of stage combat. Offers fight direction for theatre and film and motion capture movement for computer games. Gives lectures and teaches stage combat, bullwhip and handguns. Certified teacher from Nordic Stage Fight Society (NSFS) as well as a member of the executive committee. Member of the Danish Actors' Association (DSF) and Danish Film Directors (DF). See more on Stunts.dk

Tina Robinson

Trained actress/singer in USA, Denmark, England. Co-Founder and former president of Nordic Stage Fight Society. Introduced stage fighting to Scandinavia in 1990, specialising in weapons. She also teaches actors, children and handicapped persons and choreographs fights for theatre as well as training knights for live re-enactment shows. She performs fight shows as well as historical weaponry demonstrations for schools, institutions, medieval centres and viking museum . She has worked for the Danish Royal Armoury setting up demonstrations and performing shows in conjunction with special exhibitions. Experience includes voiceovers, stunts, musicals, horseriding, choirconducting, TV, theatre and film work. See more on Artofaction.dk

Bo Thomas

Professional Stuntman, stage fight performer, actor and choreographer for film, television, theater, shows and live re-enactment. Helped in starting the Danish Stunt School and Stunt Association and was involved in the development of the stunt profession in Denmark. Certified teacher in stunt and stage fighting.
Has worked on more than 100 productions since 1985.
Also teaches actors and children in stunt and stage fight, Performs stunt and fight shows as well as historical weaponry demonstrations for schools, institutions and medieval museums in Scandinavia and U.S.A. See more on Artofaction.dk
