High Falls:

We will go through the techniques of landing the perfect high fall. Being a very common thing in movies, theatre and shows, you will have to master this stunt, to make it look good and convincing.

Many stunt players are able to do a basic "header", but you don't want to look like a fixated dummy going through the air - therefore it is important that you learn to move and act all the way from the rooftop till you hit the mat.

You will start by doing a simple roll from 1 meter (3 feet) and by the end of the day, you'll be free falling from 20-25 meters (60-75 feet). Of course we will look at many different types of high falls!

One of our new members, Bekim is demonstrating a "header" from 15 meters (45 feet). The custom made airbag he is landing in, is 6 x 4 meters - if you think 15 meters seems like nothing, try looking at the size of Jacob in the background. Photo: Herman Stadshaug.

Stig Günther, is one of this years special guest teachers. Stig Günther jumped from over 300 ft. into a giant airbag (see picture).
